Craft Tables - The Search is On!

I am sharing my search for a craft table in this blog. Come on this adventure with me! Maybe you have the same problem I do - too much art 'n craft and scrapbook supplies and  clutter around various parts of the house. Or, and i hate to admit this, my dining table hasn't been used for dining in a long time because it has on-going projects all over it. (I've seen other crafters who do scrapbooking, sewing or quilting in this same situation.)

It's time to clear those materials such as scrapbook tools and paper or art & craft stuff off the dining table and find a good craft table to use instead. If you are really fortunate, you might have craft room. I think this table I would work well for craft room furniture. And if that sewing or craft room is short on space, I found this folding table that helps with the space problem.

Craft Tables Found (#1) - A Folding Craft Table - What a Great Idea

So, The first craft table I wanted to show you (in the photo above) is a fold away table which would be great for any type of art or craft work: I found this craft table article on an art and craft webstie called My Art and Craft Supplies, in an article reviewing craft tables and storage solutions that says, "When it’s unfolded, it provides lots of space, in fact it has 19 square feet of workspace. But when folded up this table only takes up 3 feet of your precious space. There is a storage shelf and one deep oversized drawer – this is ideal to store a sewing machine, tools and fabrics in. This craft table is mobile (it’s on casters) and it’s tall enough to work at while standing up, which makes it perfect for scale model building, sewing, card-making, scrapbooking, quilt making or any other type of creative work."

You can go check out that article and in the next day or so I will look for some more options of tables and furniture to use for art and craft rooms and will post about them here, so check back if you are interested!
